Barrel Bedding Tool makes barrel bedding easy. A perfect, chatter-free cutting action shaves excess wood, produces smooth channel to accept barrel without gouging, rasping or final sanding. The double handle works like a planing action for excellent control from first roughing cut to final pass. The neoprene cushioned cutting disks are secured at the correct angle to remove wood without digging in regardless of amount of pressure applied. It is a favorite tool for the pros and forgiving for the beginning stock makers.

Barrel Bedder Jr. Barrel Bedding in various sizes can be economical for occasional stock making. The Barrel Bedder Jr. has the same chatter-free system of the Barrel Bedder Tool but with a quick change disk feature. The single handle is complete with pin, retainer and screw for changing and securing cutter disks. The set includes three cutter packs, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4" diameter, 6 cutters per pack.

Groove Shave, is made for enlarging and finishing large size barrel grooves and chamber areas of the gun stock. The precision ground and hardened round cutting disks separated by rubber spacers cut smoothly without chatter with a "push-pull" stroke. Handle (same as BBJ) is complete with pin, retainer washer and screw. Two cutting disks front and back can be replaced with two steel spacers provided and can be used as a single-blade scraper. Tool includes 3 each cutting disks in diameter 7/8, 1, and 1 1/8 inch.

Octagon Barrel Bedding Tool saves a great deal of time when bedding a partial or full octagon barrel. Three cutting blades are cushioned by neoprene washers like other Gunline Barrel Bedders. Blades are ground accurately, and aligned on a shoulder screw and spirol pin to produce a very sharp stock groove. A single blade can be secured to handle with a separate flat socket head screw for final touch up. A pulling action is applied to get the best chatter free results. Allen type key included.
